This is the live planner, loaded for the selected candidate.
The embedded view is the existing planner surface: map, solar horizon, mapped buildings, weather and Street View are evaluated for this exact candidate.
We calculate the eclipse for the exact candidate, not a nearby city.
Terrain and mapped roofs are tested along the solar bearing.
Street View, weather and access evidence carry their own confidence labels.
